Hi! I have found the options to delete and to save playlists within my player (RCA H115A), yet no option to create. I have tried creating a playlist on my computer and transferring them, but that doesn't work. Could you help me with this?
I have downloaded music to my computer, but it will not transfer to my Philips MP3, can not get this to work, have been trying for a month, and I will not pay someone to tell me how to do this.I have downloaded music to my computer, but it will not transfer to my Philips MP3, can not get this to work, have been trying for a month, and I will not pay someone to tell me how to do this.

be sure that you have already saved a list of song on your playlist. and for the pdf also make sure that there was a file that save on that location...
select a song and hold the centre button until the title flashes. Then choose the other sings you want to add then choose music then playlists and then On-The-Go to view your song list then save playlist to save the list. Hope this helps
Step 1
Turn your Creative Zen MP3 Player on and add music to its hard drive if you haven't already. Without music on your player, you won’t be able to select tracks for a playlist.
Step 2
Select "Music Library" from the Main Menu. The Main Menu should appear as the first menu when you turn your device on.
Step 3
Select "Now Playing" from the options available, then press the Options button.
Step 4
Select "Save as Playlist" from the list of options. This will save the tracks you have listed currently as a playlist that can be reloaded later.
Step 5
To play a playlist back, go to the Main Menu, select the playlist and click
That particular model is not capable of recognize playlists. The playlist option is only for creating a "Playlist on the Go" from within the player itself.
Have solved this problem on GoGear syncing with WMP 11 by going to options on the device itself, then go to the "settings" option, scroll down to "PC Connection Preferences", from here you will select the check box saying "MTP" then back out of options and connect your device and go back to your WMP 11 and drag your playlists to the syncing area and resync your device. You should then be able to see your playlists under the playlist option in music along with the "playlist on the go" playlist.
This was designed for playlist transfer via Yahoo Music engine (see user's manual) or Windows Media Player 9. Any other method is not guaranteed to work. Did you get an error message when you tried to sync the playlist?
Go through your list of songs loaded into your player. Highlight the song(s) that you want added to create a different playlist and hold the toggle down until you see "added to my Selections" (or something like that). Once you have selected your songs, go into the main page (titles, artists, albums, etc.) and select "playlists". You should see an option called my Selections/Favourites. Highlight and push the "menu" (m) button. Select Save playlist and name using the toggle up and down for each letter and over to work on the next one. Once you have saved and named the playlist. Return to my Selections/Favourites and delete to clear the list. Now you can create a new playlist....Now I just gotta figure out how to fix the System file corrupted problem on mine.
The below was copyed froma an earlier post of mine, read the bottom.
Over a period of time your info can get corrupt from transering music back and forth.
To format plug it in to usb.
Go to my computer
It shows up as a removably disc, usually drive f:
Right click on drive f: (or the approriate drive) and click format.
Let me know what happens, you will have reload the player, also try bypassing the software you are using to tranfer, by opening up drive f: and clicking and dragging your music into it , or you can copy and paste it into drive f:
L8R
Playlists can be created by puttung your music in separte folders within drive f:, each folder will show up as a playlist.
Good Luck
