My unlocked orage UK purchased used in india, blackberry 8520 giving the following problems. When boot it gives: Uncaught Exception Index 11>=11 then Security check 100% OK after that white screen and App Error 523 Pl help to solve the problem.

To fix the problem, please follow the steps below.

1. Download and install the following- BBSAK, Blackberry desktop, the firmware for your phone.

2. Run BBSAK, press Wipe phone then wait for two minutes.

3. Then close it and open Blackberry desktop, run phone upgrade, wait 40 minutes, then upgrade the applications.

You can type any password 10 times at your phone, it can make your blackberry curve 8520 unlocked from old password. But you also lose all your previous data during that process it's kind like to force your blackberry unlocked without using any software. If your phone still can't receiving calls or message try to reflash your blackberry.

The error 523 means the system process had died and a jarva process has terminated, and the device can not continue to operate in a normal manner.

You need to wipe the device and update the software.

Format your blackberry phone. Goto the Setting>General>Security>.

Password is "blackberry".

Connect it to the "Blackberry dekstop software"

and use it to restore your phone software..

You have to download and install and then run the blackberry desktop software..

and use it to restore the software back on the 8520

just wipe it or reload with the new updated OS
