My LG KS360 hangs (takes long to open a msg or go to the next msg) everytime I browse the inbox...what could be the problem, and can it be fixed? hope somebody would answer...thanks.

Insert your memory card into your computer's reader if you have one. If not, you can purchase a multi-format USB Memory Card reader from Amazon.com or Buy.com

Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.

Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.

In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.

Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.

Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.

delete some data from phone memory and also from memory card then try to open it.... if it doesn't work then apply this code it will fix ur cell phone *#7370# it will sk ur security code enter it then ok its all done

its the software probs... take it to the lg service center and re-install ur software

no, current there is no homebrew firmware or hack for this, but all the neons come with touchscreen support ONLY for contacts and dialing numbers. sorry, its very unfortunate

I have this same problem, unfortunatly I do not have a solution but I hope someone will, I took it back to the store and he said i needed to deleted messages from my outbox etc so it wasnt full, this solved my problem for a while but now it is reucurring every time my phone turns on and off even without any messages in my inbox. I would leave my phone on as to avoid the problem but it keep turning itself off also. Very frustrating.

it have no problem,,,just the inbox is full i think..delete all msg..or see whether the medmory in use is phone memory or mmc memory...
check it that will be the problem....

The error could be because of a wrong message center Number.

1. Go to your message settings (should be message>message settings)
2. Check your message center number
3. compare it with that of someone else sending messages successfully on your network.
4. If yours is different, change to the correct one (make sure you write down your center number somewhere safe just in case).
   

If this doesn't work, then it could just be a network failure on the part of your carrier. Just give it a little time and try again
