How do i change the time on my phone - Panasonic KX-T7630 Corded Phone

In Idle mode, press Menu ? Settings ? Phone Settings ? Time & Date.

You should be able to change the time and date manually from there.

Depending on your phone's brand and model, you may have an option in its settings menu to change the time.

Many phones get their time from the signal from their cellular provider - I have noticed my phone changing its time, after the fall or spring time change, immediately after placing a phone call after the 2 or 3 am time shift has occurred.

if you are trying to change for one phone its not possible because the time changes for all the phones and if that is ok with you go to asa and give the command change time in that it will give you the options.

You can not do phone system programming from anything EXCEPT Extensions 10 or 11.

Go to that site and they have instructions to change the time on all Samsung phone systems

The only way to change the time on your individual phone is to change the time on the entire phone system.

Press the "Speaker" button and enter 728 on the key pad. Then enter the correct time in 24 hour format. For example at 2.56 p.m. type 1456. Then press speaker again and you're done

1) press "Program", then * *, then 1234,
2) press "0 0 0",
3) press "speaker" two times,
4) change the time
5) press "store".
6) pick up the receiver to complete the change.

Do this change on the "lead" phone and it will reset all the others on your system. Not exactly an intuitive process to be sure!

This is a phone system phone. The time is stored in the main control unit, not the telephone. You will need instructions for changing the time in your system and the phone's part number will not help you. Your phone system should start with the part number "KX-TGA" KX-TGA???? You must be on the main phone on jack 01 to set time. You can determine if your phone is jack 01 by pressing PROGRAM 99 on a display phone and then pushing the number 6 on the dial pad. The phone will read the jack and extension number. When you have determined the jack 01 phone, do the following: Press PROGRAM * * 1234(Default password is 1234. yours may have been changed) Press SP-PHONE 2 Times. To change the year enter the two digit year. If it is correct press FWD/DND to move the flashing indicator. MONTH is changed by pressing the AUTO ANSWER /MUTE key. DAY is entered as 1 or 2 digit day. DAY OF THE WEEK is entered by pressing the AUTO ANSWER/MUTE key. Press STORE to save your changes. Press SP-PHONE Enter 2 digit hour (Hour is flashing). Press FWD/DND button(Minute starts flashing). Enter 2-digit minute(Minute is flashing). Auto Dial/Store Button New time is stored. Lift handset and hang up to leave programming mode
