Samsung office serv model DS-5014S dont know how to de-activate DND mode

When Alexa purple ring light issues show means DND (Do not disturb) mode is activated
How to Fix Alexa purple ring light on Alexa Echo setup device
Check the DND mode and make sure it is in a disabled condition.
Check the power plug is connected to outlet power cords.
Connect to the Wifi router or internet working mode.

Samsung DS-5014S locked msg passcode, although I am able to change the passcode as written in the user guide but when I want to enter it says: invalid entry. How can I reset the whole passcode and set up a new one?

hold in your # key,it will de-activate silent mode. its a toggle switch.

While on hook press transfer then dial 111

dial 1-8 to hear and select preference press transfer butten again to save.
