How do you clean tne inside of a meade telescope lx200emc lens that has spots possible moiture spots

The barlow may be too much magnification for that aperture telescope. The higher the magnification the SMALLER the sweet spot is in focus.

Turn the knob slower and also practice focusing during the day time on a distant object.

This is mold growing on the inside of the glass plate-- you will either need to send it back to Meade for cleaning or clean it yourself.

The Meade ETX90 does NOT have small lens! It has a large curved lens in the front. and a holder for the eyepiece in the back (top). There is also a camera port in the back, and a flip lever that sends the light either straight back to a camera, or UP to the eyepiece holder.

There is an INTERNAL secondary mirror mounted on the back of the front large lens. If this fell off INSIDE, you will need to remove the front lens to fix it. NOT an easy fix as the optical alignment can get messed up when you do this.

NEVER take a lens out of an eyepiece or telescope, only clean the outer surfaces.

Try putting the flat sides together and see if that works.

The worm gear could be loose inside? or the clutch has grease on it.

Take it outside during the day time-- put the eyepiece with the LARGEST number written on it into the telescope--- this is the LOWEST magnification.

Point it at a distant object and practice focusing-- the moon should be your first night time object.

If the front lens is broken you will not be able to repair it at reasonable cost--

Nope, the dust is on the webcam sensor. The telescope mirror is too far away to influence the image. Most modified cameras have no window to keep dust off the sensor's cover. A camera lens cleaning brush works fine. Also, some cameras have 'hot pixels' that are defects in the sensor, and are permanent.

Try a photo shop to see if you can get a T-adaptor to fit your camera (this is for SLR cameras without lens attached - the telescope becomes the lens)

But if you mean the 55mm filter threads, ie with the lens still on the camera, then you have the wrong thing. You need instead a contraption that holds the camera in position to take photos through the eyeepiece of the telescope (ie both telescope eyepiece and camera lens remain in place). With non-SLR cameras, that is the way to do it.
