If you're running Windows XP, and you see a message saying "Your system is
low on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your virtual
memory paging file.". This usually means one of the running application is a badly programmed application, and is absorbing too much memory and is the cause of the problem.
Instead increasing virtual memory paging size, you need to find out what program is giving you troubles, and eventually reinstall it.
