check your single with a nouther tv to see if it working to see if you have single or a color pic this is a lcd tv ?

u need a tech to reset the tv convergence problem the cost depends with the tech and your area check with your nearest tv repair shop

From what little I have read about these TVs parts are High Call JVC 1-800-233-1060 Ask for TECH surrport them them what your problem is If it doe turn out to be Light engine Call UED for price of rebuilt one 1-800-648-6657 Also go to website ENCOMPASS look up your Model number they will have a listing of Parts 1-800-638-3328 You can try Downloading to USB stick in formation to it reprogram eeprom to TV sometime this will correct problem! GOOD LUCK with the repair.JVC downloads.

Call a good TV Tech and have him replace the color wheel assembly.

Can you try using a different video cable?

I have the same tv. Had repair man come to my home in late april. Said it is the power convergence board. $225 for parts and labor I was told. Bad thing is part was supposed to arrive mid-may,then mid-june and now mid-july. He say's part is on back order. I'm actually going to contact RCA soon to find out if this is true. This seems to be a common problem with this particular T.V

can you adjust any color of convergence in user menu blue, or red up or down left or right. if you can make any up or down left or right adjustments on any color then the likelihood it wont be a convergence ic. it would be a output resistor. so see if you can get any movement. with it being bowed i was suspect an convergence ic.

This is an indicates what is know as convergence problem...this could also be what is know as deflection problem... have a technician look at it.
