switch on the back of the PS3 and remove the power cord. Next,
turn-off/unplug your modem (and router if applicable) for about 5
minutes. Then turn on the modem and wait for it go "online". If you have
a router, turn it on and wait for it go "online". Then turn your PS3

traffic (between you and the server), high traffic at the server
