1-Turn OFF the iPhone
2-Hold Power and Home
3-When you see the connect to iTunes screen, connect to computer and open iTunes
4-Click Restore(YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING THAT YOU DIDN'T BACK UP)
5-Wait for it to finish
Remove the memory card and the battery from the phone.
Press and hold down the power button for 15sec.
Now put the battery back in and check.
If it works, you can out the memory card back in.
when you boot up next time tap the F8 key. This will bring you to a screen that gives you a bunch of boot up options. Choose the one that says use last known good configuration. this should solve your problem.

try to plug in an external monitor to your acer and see if your able to see anything. If not, then you have to open the screen and clean/repair/replace the ribbon for your monitor.
