How do I fix Toshiba E-studio 355. When I do the printing the toner dose not hold/stack on the paper, It can be wipe with your Hand. Is it the problem with the fusser?

In general on all machines, after the image is laid down, the toner on paper is run through a heated roller assembly called the fuser. This is normally a heater inside a hollow aluminum roller. As the paper exits the machine it should be warm to the touch. It is most likely your heater is bad.

Drum unit code e020

Check the 2nd transfer roller there was an issue with these and Toshiba issued an updated one. Most in the production line were shipping with 2 one in the machine and one in the box. The setup tech was suppose to switch during setup but I keep finding the wrong one in the machine. These will slow down the drive assembly causing all sorts of headaches.

Also check the exit switch, I have had a bad spring on the actuator that did not return the switch fast enough causing e020.

Porcelian rollers cracking due to heat overheating

Probably not cracking due to overheating but just due to the heat of the fuser and time. The fuser can not overheat as it is protected by thermal fuses that would blow if the fuser became too hot. These roller will deteriorate over time. This is normal.

Coolant temp and water leak from cup hole

If the vehicle is overheating there will be a build up of pressure in the cooling system and the coolant will push past the pressure relief valve in the coolant reservoir. If this is the case the cause of the overheating would need to be rectified. The cap itself could be at fault. They tend to become brittle with age and the threads break. Check to see if o-ring seal on cap is in position. If not replace cap, not expensive.
