I have sony 910i. Since Jan 1st week, I'm facing a problem with my mobile - display collapses upon sliding but comes back to normal when slided back. Display looks weird if i try to search some contact or type message

Thumping is normally can by two reasons

1. Worn rear bearing which normally has a nylon sleeve that wears causing vertical movement

2. Worn or collapsed drum slides or rollers at the front of the drum.

There is not normally foam, the sealer is felt and needs lightly oiling.

tray to change ribbon wire (Flexible cable) its often happen on phone with slide model.

change the strip of display

this problem persists in most of the slide phones that the blank screen appears when we open the slide...
go to the mobile shop and update your mobile phone software or try the latest firmware version
this problem is over come by only this method

The strip that connects the keypad with the other circuitry is damaged. you need to repair it or replace it...it will be checked by an expert technician of mobile that either it is to be replaced or repaired...

flip and slide mobile have this kind of problem..moreover, it depends upon the usage of phone for flip/slide...
dont use it roughly, next time , it needs a lot of care..

REMOVE THE BACK PANEL AND ALSO THE BATTERY AND THE SIM U WIL SEE FEW SCREWS UNSCREW THOSE AND NOW THE FRONT PANEL WIL BE LOOSED SO THAT U CAN NOW REMOVE THE SLIDE BUT TO DO SO U MUST BE VERY CAREFUL THERE WILL BE MANY LOCKS SO WATCH THOSE AND REMOVE CAREFULLY TO TIGTHEN THAT SINGLE SCREW U MUST UNSCREW THE WHOLE MOBILE THANK U

To insert the simcard and battery:

1.Remove the battery cover by sliding it outward from your phone
Slide the SIM card into its holder with the contacts facing down.

2. Insert the battery with the label side up and the connectors facing each other. Then replace the battery cover by sliding it back, now inwards.

Note: Do not force the battery cover to its place. Slide the battery cover carefully onto the phone and close it.

HI. 1ST U OPEN THE BACK COVER AND REMOVE THE BATTRY > NOW OPEN THE SCREW > PULL THE BACK COVER VERY CAREFULLY PULL UR MOBILE PCB VERY CAREFULLY AND REMOVE THE STRIP CONNECTOR SAME PROCEDURE FOR FRONT SIDE WHEN BOTH SIDES R OPEN THEN CLOSE SLID AND PULL THE STRIP FROM MOBILE'S SLIDE. THEN NEW STRIP ENTER THE SLID AND FLOWS THE SAME PROCEDURE IN REVERS CONDITION. NOTE -(WHEN U PULLED THE STRIP THEN MIND IT WHICH SIDE IS DISPLAY SIDE OR WHICH SIDE IS PCB SIDE.
