Sometimes the touch screen does not respond to my touch. I have tried powering down and even taking the battery out and still can not get one side of the screen to work. I have even had this problem when trying to answer a call. I was a small problem at first but over time has gotten worse.

LG X Power cell phone. I was using it, it suddenly froze...wouldn't restart or respond to any touch screen requests! Then the screen went blank/black and still won't restart! HELP!!!

Have you tried holding down the power and volume down buttons simultaneously to do a reset? It normally takes 10-12 seconds before it reboots. The LG logo should appear, then release the buttons. The Power X has battery connection issues and will do random shut downs as well. If it's shown other symptoms like charging problems you will need to take it in for repairs.

try this: take the cartridge from both compartments. take out the cartridge. press the on button for 30 seconds. place the batteries back into the toy. try turning it on.

What is wrong?

Outside or returning for warranty repairs or replacement, you can try powering off unit and disconnect power battery connection and reconnecting.

Touch screen wont work

Simple touch glowlight 2012 model. My touch screen wouldn't work. I had full battery. I couldn't power down using the power down button, I had to force it to shut down. I couldn't slide the unlock nor could I turn pages with screen. I only could turn pages with buttons on side. After much research I found that it just needed a simple cleaning. I used a vacuum to gently suck out dust in the crevice of the screen. Or you can use a canister of air to blow the dust out. Do this at an angle so that you don't blow it deeper into the crevice. Also, Use a cloth misted with H2O (almost dry) to wipe the screen from edge to edge. These screens use sensors that are from the side of the screen.. Debri will block the sensors. Mine works great. Too bad I already purchased another one after I found the solution.

if you kept the batteris inside for long time it could be that they leaked inside when it happend there is some damage inside.

My LG dare will not respond when i touch the screen!!!:( it is very frustrating. I have tried turning it off and on and taking the battery off but there is still no response.

Hi, why the touch screen of the phone is not responding is because the touch screen of the phone is damaged, might be caused by hitting the phone on the flow or hitting the phone somewhere.

You will need to replace the touch screen for it to respond to touch.

Touch screen (which is EVERYTING) on m NOKIA 810 no longer works. Screen is visable but NOTHING responds to touch. Any options besides using it as a paperweight?

have you tried the soft reset yet?
take out the battery and let stand in freezer (put in plastic bag to keep out moisture) for 10 mins.
hold down the switch key wich is right above the escape key on the left side of the screen. and hold down the power button till she turns on. once you get the usb symbol in the upper right turn it back off and it should run like normal.

sometimes you just need to take the battery out and put it back in. If you've already done that then you may need to take it to Verizon and get it updated.

You should try taking out the battery for at least ten minutes then putting it back in.

Touch screen do not respond

At times, Touch screen does not respond and phone cannot be unlocked by no means, Problem do not get solved even after restarting phone, removing battery & reinserting etc.. This happend typically during nights when the phone is not used and in the morning, touch screen does not respond to do any activities. after installing a software i had a hard reset, after that my tuch screen did not work.please help meeeeeeeeeeee ! !
