You need to update or reinstall the driver for the sound card.Your computer manufacturer support and drivers will have your driver for the sound card if its OEM with your computer. Just enter your computer modal number (Dell enter service tag number) find the right driver and install as instructed. If sound card is not OEM, find make and modal of sound card and get driver from them. I use driverguide.com for drivers I can't find from manufacturer.. Please rate me mysleuth
