These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. The power light blinking 11 times means that there is a fan SOS error on the TV. If you still have warrantee then I would take it to a store for replacement of fixing.

I can't find a guide to fixing this problem, you can try using compressed gas to clean out the back of the TV to make sure no dust is stopping the fan from spinning.

I can't help you with any more detail than that sorry.

Try changing the input device to something you are sure works. Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours. If problem persists, please refer it to a qualified service technician.

Your TV is in warranty period I thinks. If so, company is liable and will repair it free fo charge. There is "repair,replace, refund gurantees. Your gurantee card and broshure will tell you that. Look at it.
For what you are going to take the risk.
