Not sure what you mean by a "del" level, but as far a drying issues:
LG chose to use a very energy efficient drying method which relies on the residual heat of the dishes to help dry them rather than many manufacturers who use a heating element. For this reason, plastic items (which do not retain heat as well as china, glass, or metal) will not dry as well. Also, with LG dishwashers it is especially important to use a rinse aid, such as Jet Dry, to reduce water surface tension, allowing water to sheet off the dishes. Of course with any dishwasher, it is also important to have soft water, but make sure to use a small amount of dishwasher detergent. Too much detergent can cause excessive suds, which may contribute to water leakage.

We have had the same prolem with our LG dishwasher in the less than year and a half that we have had it. It broke once and leaked the second time. Even with warranty expired, Best Buy has taken no responsibility to followup with the installation issue that seems to have brought on the other problems. When we inquired about having one of their repair people come out which we would pay for, they wanted to charge us 100.00 just to check the problem without deducting it from the cost of repair. We are now trying to troubleshoot to see if we can fix it and we have been without the use of our dishwasher for about a month.
I have the same problem. The dishwasher worked fine for the 1st year then the dishes started getting dirty. The tech came out and replaced a pump and it worked fine again. Six months later the dishes are dirty again and the door really dirty. Tech came out replaced a float censor and had problems getting the unit back in the cabinet. It is still not fixed and he is claiming it's an installation problem, which if it were an installation problem then it would not have worked for the first year. This is very frustrating and I am stuck with an overpriced non working dishwasher.
