For bath refinishing there are several companies out there that do that. My suggestion is to do a google/bing search and see what comes up in your local area.
Mold on your jets can come from a variety of places but due mostly to the bacteria in the tub. There are several kinds of cleaners to use in the meantime once you get your trim clean so you can prevent what you are experiencing. Take the trim off and clean them in your sink. DO NOT put them in the dishwasher as it is too hot and will ruin your trim. Here is a link to our site that has different options for cleaning the pipes and keeping the jets from getting yucky. The companies don't recolor fixtures but there are bath refinshing outfits that do. There are also do it yourself kits to be had. I did a harvest gold shower once and it still looks good after 7 years.
