Hello, It sounds like you have aslipping front roller pully. Remove the motor hood and watch the front roller while you are on it. Once the belt is moving slowly, try to stop the wlak belt by planting your fett for a second, if the walk belt stops, but the drive belt and motor continue to run, the plastic pully is slipping and the whole front roller will need to be replaced.

If you have adjusted the tension on your belt to the max, it is more than likely time to replace your running belt. The running belt naturally stretches over time. I would suggest replacing the belt and flipping your deck. If the deck has already been flipped once, then you would need to replace the deck as well. Belt is slipping,

It might just need a simple adjustment of the running belt that can eliminate the slipping refer to you owner's manual for the procedure. It will be close to all treadmill running belt adjustments.
Here is a generic procedure for adjusting the belt:
If the walking belt slips when walked on. Run the treadmill @ 3 to 4 mph, walk for a few minutes, Using the allen wrench, turn both rear roller adjustment bolts clockwise, 1/4 of a turn. Then repeat adjusting procedure until walking belt is properly tightened.

Pulley slipping on front roller

Since the drive pulley is slipping on the roller itself, then the front roller will need to be replaced.
