My older JVC (D Series) has a zoomed in picture and I can't have it "unzoom" Help

be sure to check the settings of both the TV & Cable box, they both have zoom settings. Also, don't forget you aspect ratio settings.

There are som remote control, that doesnot have zoom. However you must read the instruction manual. IF you do not have download for free.

This is most likely a defective zoom rocker switch assembly and can usually be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.

Choose JUST or 16:9 mode . Some TV's don't have it labeled JUST. It means the TV will follow the input signal and adjust the picture automatically.

This sounds like you have ZOOM mode enabled on the TV. Look for a zoom button on your remote, there should be one. If you can't find it and can't get it unzoomed please respond here with the make and model number of your TV.

You can zoom and unzoom while in Movie Mode, but not while recording.  Sorry :(

try <ctrl -> to decrease; <ctrl+> to increase

Try going to the tv's menu under video settings.

When you zoom in most any photo editing program, all you do is change the appearance of the picture on your screen; nothing happens to the file, merely the size of the image you are viewing. To change the size for the file, here are detailed instructions:

• Step 1. Select the command Resize - Image Size from the menu Image of Adobe Photoshop Elements.
• Step 2. Activate the check-box Constrain Proportions to keep the image proportions.
• Step 3. Activate the check-box Resample Image, if you want to keep the image resolution.
• Step 4. Select the interpolation method: Nearest Neighbour, Bilinear or Bicubic. We recommend the Bicubic method of interpolation.
• Step 5. In the group Document Size select units and enter new values in the fields Width and Height. If the check-box Resample Image is not activated, the resolution will change.
• Step 6. Select OK

If you have zoom button on the remote and it doen't work the remote may be defective. If the zoom is in the menu you can go in there an turn it off.
