Is it an icemaker? Either the water valve is bad or the freezer isn't cold enough or the ice maker is bad. Is it just a ice cube tray? Then it's not cold enough.

Sounds like you have the freezer temperature set too low.

Sound like the problem may be a gear broken or damaged in the module which appears to be replaceable in your model. If you can dissasemble it enough to inspect the gears you may can replace the part instead of the entire ice maker. unitl you either cleanr the code or repair the fault that is what you see.the fault is the ice maker sensor is not reading correctly. check the plug connections for the sensor. if you would like you can contact me and i will help you with this problem.

The middle part of my refrigrator (RS21DCNS) is full of ice. i have removed ice many times. could you tell me whats the reason and solution of this?
