Did you check the float switch?on the left side of tub there's a float switch,if it's stuck up in the air it won't fill,i've found that when the soap cup opens it dumps the soap down near the switch and the float can get stuck up in the air
you don't have a timer in this machine there's a computer board,do you hear the machine start?if not first thing to check is the door switch or remove the bottom kick panel, there's a tech sheet there that will help you out,if it is starting but just no water remove the bottom panel, start it and with a meter check to see if power is coming down to the valve, you still could have another bad water valve or check the float switch,if that's stuck up in the air or bad you won't get any water, you can check that from the bottom or pop the cover off of the switch inside the tub and lift the float switch to see if it's stuck or on some models you can move it from under where the valve is.i would check these things before you get a new machine.good luck
also next time send the full model number from what you sent 27 different machine numbers showed up but i checked a couple of them and they all had boards in them no timers.

Yes sounds like timer. Probably replace dishwasher depending on age.

SOURCE: GE Natulus will not fill with water
Had the same problem with ours today. That's why I got on here. My dad used a gallon jug to prime it with a gallon of hot tap water. We primed it to get it pumping, and now it is working fine. Just pour the hot water into the dishwasher and start it.

I would check your fill valve screen, where your water line connects to
the dishwasher, lots of times i will see that screen clogged,
especially on customers homes that have wells.
There is no way to change the fill time on these.
There is also the potential problem with the float sticking if it is gunked up it will not allow water in...see that it moves up and down freely and you should here a clicking noise.....If it is not one of these there could be a problem...with the timer...I am providing a link that will help walk you through this problem in a more technical...manner...if you are not comfortable performing these tests...i suggest you forego it and let a tech handle it....

Hi
You'll need to check for the water
inlet hose, the water inlet valve and the temperature switch assembly.
Inspect the inlet hose coming to the washer for any blockages. If the hose is
not clogged then check the water inlet valve for any clogs, if the water will
not even fill for few seconds then certainly the water inlet valve is bad and
should be replaced. You can also use a multimeter to check continuity on inlet
valve. If you don't get any value on the multimeter then you'll need to replace
the water inlet valve assembly. However, if the valve is fine then the
temperature switch assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...
Please post back with the manufacturers name and complete model no if you need more information.
