I can't get a full cup of coffee. I've descaled my machine and it still doesn't work properly. Any other suggestions?

My keurig machine brews only about 1/4 cup, stops for about three minutes and then brews too much overfilling the cup. I've already descaled it. any ideas?

Needs to be reset to factory specs. Read manual for instructions.

It's brewing partial cups. We've descaled, checked the K cup, and run water through without the K-Cup

Keurig starts & stops without brewing coffee, just descaled

The pic is clogged with coffee or the air bladder is bad. Use the tool on the underside of the tray to clean out pic. If that doesn't work, the bladder will be bad.

If your brewer is not brewing the full amount selected, it may be caused by the following:

The exit needle is clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix. Please refer to the K-Cup Holder cleaning instructions.
The brewer may need to be de-scaled. Please refer to the de-scaling instructions.
The removable water reservoir was removed during brewing. Place the water reservoir back onto the brewer and perform a cleansing brew without a K-Cup.

The pic is clogged with coffee or the air bladder is bad. Use the tool on the underside of the tray to clean out pic. If that doesn't work, the bladder will be bad.
