Try to preform a system reset and see if that solves your issue. Start with the headset off (no light). Press and hold the on/off button and without letting go plug in the AC charger (you will see steady light on the headset). Let go of the on/off button as soon as you see the steady light. Unplug the AC charger from the headset. Test the headset to see if the reset was successful.

If this does not resolve your issue you may have to replace the headset through Plantronics Service Center.

Probably a failed Schmitt-trigger. Very hard to repair if even possible.

I just downgraded from windows xp to windows 7. Now the mute button on my Logitech mute button is not working. I can still hear and talk, but can no longer mute. How can this be fixed??

You didn't downgrade at all. You'll need to confirm your headset has Windows 7 support and install the Win 7 driver.

Try to push the TV button that is lit red at top middle of remote for 5 seconds in stead of hitting input. In other words by holding the tv button down it might trigger it to respond better. Thanks Mike

You have actidenttly muted your voice. You hit the menu button, and hit on volume. There is a check box next to the mute, uncheck that check mark.
