Mukhtar Ahmad and Frank Stilla want more answers
so you 2 guys decide to hyjack a 2011 post.
and fail to know (nobody does)
that one model PC by HP has like up to 10 mother boards used
H3LL some are intel other AMD based
whats wrong is you not starting your own post
and with the service tag
the tag tells HP sperts what INSIDE THE BOX>!
if you had posted at the real HP site (we are not)
you'd have got the same question
gee post your tag, minus serial.
see it here, in line 1, >?
with that the real mobo can be found out.
or at HP parts surfer when seen OMG so many version
even differences by COUNTRY , wow and THERE LAWS !
you never once stated your country, and that is a Fail HARD.
http://pcdied.com/
THERE ARE ONLY 5 PC's made under our series name.
seen here
s3620f
http://partsurfer.hp.com/WSearch.aspx?Wchar=Y&searchText=s3620f
i also see HP deleted the main board , part numbers there.
not good that. and comon after 10 years old
why not read your BOARD,it has all the number right it
post that, and magic can happen.!
even photos of it. like this , here is mine
mine see the sticker here, this is HP model numbers exact.
and even REVISION.

I see 3 stickers here.
the board is made to HP spec, by Foxconn.
finding used boards can be hard, including feabay sells not tell ing the sticker codes.
there are only 3 paths here
'call HP buy a board for like $300 and more.
buy one on fleabay get the wrong one, as most folks do,
not me I dont buy lacking tag data !
or buy a for parts , PC with same name /model and country.
BETTER? YET?
if you start your own post
with
1: the service tag data. (all lines)
2: and your SYMPTOMS,
I bet your mobo is not dead. (2008 pc ,sure bad, solder ball failures, and same buying them used off feabay)
most are good. if you do the tests right
you learn that. it can be very much AOK.
here is the list (tests)
