You could try downloading a manual to see what that says if you haven't already got one This webpage

shows you how to do it (you need to get the 4 digit code from the back of your watch and type it into the box).
Some watches are made with the strap as an integral part of the watch and so in the proper sense cannot be replaced with a spare, the manual might tell you about this.
Failing all else you might try ebay or other such site where I have found casio watch straps for sale.eg (but not for your particular watch)

Go to calculator mode and press the adjust button (recessed one on the right hand side of the watch)

If the day of the week is incorrect, make sure the date is set correctly. The format on the Casio CA-53W is year first, then month, then day last.

If your watch is several years old, I would recommend sending it back to Casio for service and battery replacement. Contrary to what you may hear about solar-powered watches, the rechargeable batteries do not always last for 10-20 years. I've seen some go out in 2-3 years. This is a shorter lifespan than most standard lithium watch batteries.

If you look at the GMT differential in the manual, you'll notice that it corresponds to the offset from GMT that your time zone resides in. I live in San Antonio but i don't see that on the list. I do know that when we're not in Daylight savings time, I'm -6.0 from GMT... so that's what i set it for. Also, if you're near enough to the coast to use this feature, it would probably be a good idea to compare the watch reading to the actual tides and adjust accordingly.
