I expect the green light is telling you what the fault might be. If your instruction book doesn't provide the code you should contact the dealer or visit the manufacturer's website.

If you're doing this on your computer, there is a possibility the your browser for example... internet explorer is not compatible or it may need to be updated. Try downloading a different browser like google chrome. Lastly you kight need to install a plug in like flash to get it to work.
Not knowing what brand / model you have makes it difficult however, the basic symptoms of a water problem are; If the water keeps coming into the machine with the power off and the tap on, it will be a valve fault. If the water keeps coming in with power on and on a wash cycle, its likely to be a fault with the pressure switch, pressure tube (Split or hanging off) or an electronic failure of the control board.Lastly, check the drain hose. If the end of the hose is lower than the water level of the machine, it is possible for the machine to start syphoning itself. Espe3cially just after the first pump out (Start of Rinse cycle) Make sure the machine is actually pumping water out. If it cant pump out, the machine may try to refill but it is already still full from last wash , causing the error code to flash. Check for pump jamming up with foreign objects, or hoses blocked with a sock, lint etc.. Sorry but cant help much more than this.
1) test the lid switch for open 2) test the door switch for open too 3) see the diagram attached, any switch faulty can not START the motor. God bless you
We have the exact same washing machine, and the same problem. we will need to lift the front of your washer up and undo the bolts to the front cover. you will see a white round turn nob, this is the filter unscrew it (you kight plug your nose) and empty all contents, replace, screw the front plate back on and you are good to go!
