I just had this happen to me yesterday. I fought with my phone for about 3 hours removing the battery and trying to restart it. It would take about 5 minutes for it to finally boot and once it did the touch screen would not work. So I did a hard boot and within 5 minutes my phone was back to normal. I lost all my contacts but I just did a restore with the backup software. To do a hard boot hold down the red and green buttons on the front of the phone and push the reset button on the bottom of the phone with the stylus. The reset button is on the right side of the power/usb plug. As I said my phone was back to normal in just a few minutes.

Touchcube is present only on Windows 6.0 which HTC people have replaced with scrolling bar down on the screen with Windows 6.1. earlier i had Touchcube, but lost it on upgrading the ROM and Win OS from 6.0 to 6.1.

Hi. TouchFlo is the special today plugin for the HTC devices, and as you realized, you can still use all functions of your PDA without. I think there is an error in the installation of TouchFlo (There can be a bunch of reasons, we have to know everything you did with your PDA in order to guess them), but there is a safe solution for that problem, you can backup all your personal data and software to your PC, then you can hard reset your PDA to its factory default settings.
