when you have Clicked on Work Offline then your IE is OFFLINE but after that you have to click on Work Offline then the Work Offline is Deselected then by default you have become online.
After inserting the sim card it goes restart and ask for changing the
profile from offline,when i try to change the profile from offline to
others it hang and restarts showing the offline while sim inserted!tried
with different sim but no use.
