I have still not received any reply from your end. Please let me know if you are still facing the same issue.
Incase you are still facing the same issue, I would suggest you to kindly power off the device for at least 1 minute and then turn it on again. Once the device is booted properly check if the light is still blinking on the MEM. If yes then check if the Modem has a reset button on the back. Just press the reset button on the back for atleast 15 seconds. After you release the button all the light on the modem should flash for a second and then come back to normal.

1. Which Operating system are you using on the computer
2. Which other lights are blinking or on
3. Since when are you facing this issue
4. If the phone line is connected to the modem, have you confirmed if the phone line is working
5. Is the modem detected in your device manager
