421 Authorization
failed: please authenticate by doing get message first using outlook 2007 rediffmail configured received mail but cant send mail please help

Outlook 2007 is stricter than 2003 about SMTP authentication. It could be the case that 2003 tried automatically to connect without authentication when authentication failed, while 2007 throws an error. Please verify the settings for authentication in your account, and uncheck the box “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication", on the "Outgoing Server" tab.
6202 error code means that the scanner motor failed

-Open the printer access door of your printer -Unplug power cable -then after 30secs plug the power able back -If the printer is already power-up the message printer access door will appear -Close th printer access door -try to scan or print
