Hi,
I have a similar problem with my refrigerator as some of you other posts. I don't usually see solutions to the posts, just questions so I thought I would write you a note.
My fridge model # is KSRS25ILSS02 - It is a Kitchen Aid Side by Side refrigerator.
My freezer is working fine, my ice machine is working fine, but my fridge is not, it is not keeping the food cold. It has really begun to be a problem this week.
The fridge sounds like it is runnning normally, but I am not completly positive of this.
Any help is appreciated.
Ok first the freezer does all the cooling for the whole unit and in order for it to cool properly the freezer needs to be a certain temp it should be around -10 -6 if its not reaching that temp it will still freeze and apper to be working right also check to hear if the freezer fan is running as it pulls air from the fridge and cools it then blowes it back look in the freezer on the back wall toward the bottom see if frost is building also in the refridgerator section on the left hand side of the cabnit is a return vent make sure its not blocked and see what the thermostat in the freezer is and let me know we need to know things like this to help narrow the promblems and people dont reply to the questions so we cant answer appliance repair is a skill
im not totally sure what you mean but the problem here is so many don't reply they expect a first time answer appliance repair has to work by symptoms like your problem it could have been several things only way to narrow it down is to explain how the unit works and ask questions as im here to help you fix it tech here are volunteers as you can see im a guru in my ranking we get our ranking here by how many people rate us if we answer a question like for you and i get rated my status goes up if i advise you and you just fix it and don't rate me it lowers my ratings we have been dealing with the webmasters on this for awhile i have 502 people never bothered to reply out of 1100 or more some times people come on for a live chat those pay but you have to be a wiz or higher to answer one so a lot of the techs are protecting their ranking from the people who don't reply as for me i don't let that bother me im here to try to help people fix their appliances im glad you found yours we would have gotten to the air flow once i eliminated the system as being at fault like a defrost problem but if i said it was just this and it wasn't you would have been mad at me hence the questions ive been doing appliance repair for 16 years and i try to answer as many a day as i can but its kinda of a let down when people don't reply hope this helps explain a little if you have a skilled Field you can join this site too its free and you could help i think its a great site but its still young and thanks for the rating

I guess I figured it out, seems that the air diffuser is not opening. Seems like a pretty common problem for this model. Thanks for the help.
Just out of curiousity, is there regulations against public answers. Or is it a consideration from the website owners. I think it is great that you are protecting skilled trades. I am just used to seeing replies on post, that's why I asked.
Thanks again.
The freezer is working fine, but the fridge is not cool it stays around 70 F. The air is not flowing out of the damper and it started putting out air after I tapped on it. The air is coming out from the damper is very weak and it's not enough to cool the fridge. Should I remove the damper and clean it or replace with the new one? How do I remove it from the fridge? Thank you so much for your help.
Eric
