I had a crack in the tube that connected to the brew group that resulted in a similar dumping of coffee in the dregs (and below the dreg drawer and onto the counter) in my Saeco Odea Giro. The Go seems pretty similar to the Giro. Replacing the "Saeco Odea Giro Coffee Dispensing Tube, part number 11003468, fixed my problem. You can replace this yourself if you are very handy. I recently had this problem. I throughly cleaned and lubricated the brew group as directed by the manual. Apparently if the brew group doesn't move smoothly enough it won't grind the correct amount of beans. Try lubricating and then brewing 2-3 cups to have the machine recalibrate the grind amount.

Saeco Odea Go Plus leaking

Almost certainty seals in the brew head although it depends if the leak is water of coffee. These machines are designed to fail and need servicing about every 6 months!

Why is coffee dispensed through only one spout on my saeco hd8763 coffee machine, and why is dreg drawer filled with water and not only coffee residu

First, I'm NOT a Saeco technician, But I have worked on similar machines.
*** You should contact your service vendor. Especially if it's still under warranty. The following is for information only.***
* The spout dispencing only on one side can be caused by an uneven table/counter. A clogged spout. and a crooked spout (got banged out of alighnment)
* Water in the dregs. Check if the pucks are watery or there is just water at the bottom of the tray?
* Watery pucks are from low coffee dose or low compression.
* Water in the tray is the overflow from one of the water systems.
* There are really no customer serviceable parts in this machine. Though there are a lot of adventurous people out there that like to tinker with this machine.
* again, call for service.

P.S. check you tube for your model and brand. many sites with D.I.Y. cleaning and servicing of this machine.

Right red light is blinking all the time

Alarm LED:
• Permanently on (one or more causes): No coffee left, water tank is empty, empty the residual water
tray is full (in this case the dreg drawer also has to be emptied to prevent problems).
• Flashing slowly (one or more causes): Brewing unit is missing, dreg drawer has not been inserted,
coffee container cover has not been inserted, service door is open, rotary knob for opening the hot
water / steam is not in the right position.
• Flashing rapidly:Ventilate the water system

The dregs drawer is not full of pucks, only liquid

Oh my gawd, I have no idea what you are talking about.
Dregs: Beer making?
Pucks and strong shots: Hockey?
Not as good as before: Well, we're all getting a bit older...

Saeco Odea: The brew group is jammed possibly due to incorrect insertion? Cannot insert dregs draw and cannot remove the brew group.

I had the same problem. I got around it by inserting just the grounds container (which sits inside the dregs drawer) and powering the machine on. Then the machine reset itself to the home position. It wouldn't do this with the dregs drawer removed, but putting in just the grounds container fooled it into thinking the dregs drawer was inserted. Hope this helps. JRP

Machine won't work due to dreg drawer

Check to see if your machine has an "exit chute" or similar area where from the used pucks are ejected. The area might be clogged with used coffee grinds and causing a false reading from the machine.

Saeco odea go. the brew group is stuck, i cant get it out

Turn off the machine - open the service door and see if u can tilt out the tall dregs container and remove it and the drawer. You need to get it past the coffee par rejector flap on the left of the brew group. It sticks out half way into the left hand side space.
Close the door and put in only the tall dregs container. It has a metal bit on the back the releases a magnetic reed switch inside the machine.
Turn the machine on and you should hear the drive rotor moving. As you move the dregs container back and forth, the drive motor should turn. The idea to is fool the machine into getting the water inlet point in the back of the brew group to clear the boiler pin in the back of the machine so the brew group can be removed.

Saeco Odea Giro - alarm light continually slow flashing

I had the same problem. I filled everything up and closed it then took the hopper top and placed a small magnet that fit the circumference of the hopper sensor (I took one off of a refrigerator magnet and it fit down into the sensor) and it immediately went green. Hope it works for you.
