Cricut Explore Air 2 helps in cutting the beautifully intricate designs using the compatible cutting machines. However, in some situations, you can get the problem where you will not able to use the mat. In this situation, you first make sure you are following the right guide to load the mat, check if the mat is compatible with your Explore Air 2 machine, or your device is not facing any problem.
To get rid of this issue, you have to reset all of your devices and set up the machine once again. Also, check if the mat is not damaged, refer to the Cricut crafting guide for using the mat, use the compatible mat, and more. You can also connect to the Cricut customer support team to get more info from professionals to resolve the issue.
First thing to do is try a soft reset. Hold volume up button and whilst holding it, hold power on button till it boots up. Really hope this works for you.
Restart the system. Click on "Start," "Turn off Computer" and "Restart."
At the Dell loading screen Tap "F2" to enter the BIOS. "Entering Setup" will appear. Certain models may use a different key. The key will be displayed during the boot process. For most Dell models, the key is "F2."
Once loaded, depending on BIOS version and type, you can reset the defaults by using "F9" key to Load Defaults, the "Load defaults" button on screen, or the "Alt" + "F" key combination to load factory defaults.
Press "Esc" on your keyboard and select save and exit.
Choose the "Enter" key to save all changes and exit the BIOS screen. Allow your system to restart for the BIOS settings to reset.
Try to reset the main motor and fan motor over loads by pushing the reset on the overload it self, Then reset the controller. If the error resets, before starting. put a clamp on amp meter on to L1 or L3 motor lead which is located in the compressor electrical box . Then start and observe amps when unit is making air fully loaded. Once you know how many amps at full load the unit is pulling ,look at the overload setting on main motor overload and see if it is approxmately 10 amps above the max amps being pulled. If not set it about 10 amps above your max load amps.

Press the reset button - you'll find it on the lower right of the Nüvi 255, but it doesn't look like a button. It's basically the sticker with all the information on it. It's just enough to push the sticker carefully with something small, not too sharp so it doesn' get destroyed. The Nüvi reboots, the loader loads and proceeds with the software load. Once this is over, shut down the Nüvi and reconnect to the PC. Then, everything works fine (it did at least for me).
