Carefully, while holding the silver metal motor in place, gently pull
the rotor off of the rear drive shaft. Place new one on and push it
gently into place. If it is loose, you can secure it with a VERY
CAREFULLY applied mini-drop of super glue. Turn helicopter upside down
and use as little glue as possible, keep it away from where the shaft
meets the motor, and keep upside down until glue dries fully.
