I have bought a Siemens CF62 off ebay and it does not have the phonecode. The seller got it off someone else so there is no way to regain it. Menu 9.7.4.4 is change phonecode but it says phonecode locked. Is ther anyway to solve this please ? All I want to do is enable the code protection on the screensaver menu 9.2.6.5 which should prevent people from snatching phone off me and reading texts etc without inputing a code. Thankyou

Siemens A60 can not be unlocked by code. It is necessary to load bootcore before entering unlock code to it and entering unlock code manually is not possible in A60. There is technic named "test point unlocking" for the same. For that needs some skill and software named SST( Siemens Service Tools). It is advisable to unlock it at technician's shop. If he need test-point picture then mail me. I will send it to you.

you need to contact your sim operator network and ask for the puk code .
enter the code they give you ,and then set a pss code you will remember.

do not enter any more numbers untill you have the puk code .
