If there is no driver for Windows 7 sometimes the older Windows drivers will work in emulation mode. Try it to find out. If it doesn't work with the older drivers available online, then I am afraid that the scanner may have to be considered end of life or obsolete, unfortunately.
You could use it with a computer that has the older operating system, but alas, some devices are not supported ultimately, by the present Windows 7 Operating system.
I've experienced this with some 'upgraded' computers that are just a a few years old. They lose functionality on a certain fraction or percentage of hardware devices that are 'built in' to the computer, like the touch pad for instance on my Acer Aspire 3680 series computer. It quit working, and upon researching the drivers for the device, found no Windows 7 device driver that worked. So, one has to just accept that some products are no longer supported under Windows 7 32 bit, or 64 bit especially.
Good luck on finding a driver that will work with your device.
