I would suggest contacting Nokia Care and getting the device repaired or replaced under warranty.

If there's no screws or knobs of some sort it may be all made into one piece in which case the only way might be to cut it off

The internal hard drive has an issue and needs repair/replacement. I would check my manual for this message to see what remedy there may be. Maybe they tell you to reformat it - who knows. Maybe you have to reset the electronics to factory default? Check it out.

id take it to the dealer ship and tell them or me personaly id replace the stereo deck it sound like the eye on the track inside is jammed id maybe try putting a can of air duster in it and blow it around that may work or take it in to some one who can professionaly cleen it but either way you may be told to replace it

Go to Start > Type in .....cmd........right-click on cmd and select "Run as administrator".
After the cursor paste in : SFC /SCANNOW and press your 'Enter' key.

This procedure will scan Vista's protected system files

Use the Administrator account
Go to Start > Run - Type in ....cmd.... > OK.
After the cursor paste in : SFC /SCANNOW and press your 'Enter' key.

This procedure will scan XP's protected system files
and attempt to repair or replace missing or corrupt files.

If the result shows that the corrupt files are unable to be repaired, go for a 'banket' repair using Yahoo Messenger Help
