The drivers may not be installed. Go to start>control panel>system>hardware manager and see if there are any yellow '!' next to any of the hardware listed. If it's missing the driver go to Acer click on netbooks and follow their model selection guide. In that list will be the camera driver you need.

yeah I'll give you the best suggesstion since you have just bought your acer notebook take it back to the store and have them re-installl windows for you,since its just been two days they will do anything for you
Try booting to "Safe Mode" (tapping the "F8" key on boot), or however you can get to your Desktop, click start, right click "My Computer", select "Properties", then "Advanced" tab, then click the "Settings" button under "Startup and Recovery", then uncheck "Automatically restart" under "System Failure", click "OK" then "OK" again and restart your PC.
That should allow you to run without the instant restarting on BSOD, so you can repair/remove Mcafee.
