My sony fon G502 restarts n sometime hangs is there any solution for this?

Software issue. Reboot the phone back to factory specs and see if that don't help. No? Check with Sony for the software firmware update. No? Take the thing back to the service provider and exchange the phone out for a new one or different model.

My Sony Ericsson G502 doesn't send SMS's. They remains in outbox (queued). The phone receives SMS's and calls. Have tried closing-restarting the phone, didn't help

try to cancel your message and restart the phone after which try now to delete the message you've canceled.. i've done that many times!.. hoping it would work also on you!

There is lot of hanging problum in my G502 phone plz help me out...... it hangs all the times

To overcome the problem, update your software.
Download and install Sony Ericsson Update Service.
Run Update Service and follow the instructions to update your phone.
Note: You must be online to update. You will lose all your data. Backup before updating

Some times it hangs and logged off. I need to open the back cover and remove battery, then reassemble it & switch on it. Pls help on this. Because it happens atleast 5 times in a month.

this is BUG from Firmware Sony Ericsson G502....

this usually and many people complain about this...

to solution this problem is UPDATE your Firmware to R1FA037

Phone goes off quite often & switches back within 20 secs.

software update, is the only way to try, othere wise it is hardware related, had the sam problem did a firmware upgrade, thenn it stopped hanging

i will advise u to use only sony memory cards bcoz other cardsmay get corrupt due 2 excess data or it may lead in hang of ur phone

This is a common problem for Sony Ericsson G502.

Please try a Master reset for the cell and then update your service.

Master reset
Menu > Settings > Master Reset.

Update service(needs internet active)
Menu > Settings > Update service

If not actioned on time your Mobile screen would become blank then only the service center guys could help you.
Do not try any service center other than authorised Sony ericsson.
