Might change the battery on your control. I wish these had a hard wire thermostat not a big fan of the remote can be confusing.

It sounds like you know the problem and the sollution is to clean it. these system require rutine cleanings every 6 months because they have condensation always in the pan

Please check your indoor motor's mechanism is faulty. Or capacitor(condenser) of fan motor is weak. Replace it.

google ( mitsubishi air conditioner ) you should be able to get all the help you need .. dont forget you need your modal and serial number when you call it will give them the help they need to give you the right answers you are looking for .. once you google mitsubishi , there should be some numbers under what you are lookin for . may even be a picture of your unit .. just tryin to lead you in the right direction ..

i use bleach, clorox is best. I have 6 rental units i take care of and it works great. You need to use a hand pump spray bottle to spray the bleach. Let it set for about 30 min to a hour. then spray with a garden hose. use a air tank or air compressor to blow the fan motor and caps. f you don't have air let it set outside for 8 hours.hope this helps you.

The best thing you can do is to mix a 1-10 clorox water mix and spray it down with a spray bottle...thta will kill and control the mold. a few days later rinse again to wash the **** down the drain.
