sounds like your fill tube has been flooded, there is a plastic tubing that detects water pressure of the water sounds like it has been removed and now has water in it, which is not letting it drain all the way because the vacuum is picking up it is empty when the spin cycle stops and why it stops open the machine if you havent already and look for it the hose and a float valve work together to stop water when full and shut off the pump when empty this seems to be your problem. this fill valve and if it has the fill tube make sure there is no fluid in it also.
you probably used too much detergent or the wrong type. These new front loaders take no-suds detergent, a shot glass half full worth. The suds get in the water level tube and the level sensor and everywhere else, and cause mayhem. Run some loads with no detergent at all to try to clean the suds out. If the thing works like it should sometimes, it's a cheap fix. The brain power to find a problem and fix it for good, not so cheap. Water Level Switch
I could not find code f103 but u said that it tries to spin but stops. is the drain pump coming on and removing the water from the washer? if there is to much water in the tub clothing it wont spin. check all drain lines to be sure they r clear.
ND error code means no drain check the pump filter check the pump and check the drain line that goes from the oulet port coming out of the outter tub to the pump and also check the drain hose leaving the pump that goes out of your washer as well. If you have any further questions message me back I await your rely
Thank you,
Rick
Pump out time of 40 seconds sounds good. No ND error code and you spin up to 850RPM which is max for the machine. You have no standing water in the wash basket.... I'm scratching my head. Could you do a Spin Only cycle with that same wet wash load and set the SPIN for Max Extract. After you start the Spin Only cycle put the machine in Service Mode and watch the RPM range. This cycle sets the display to 12 minutes. Let’s see if the wash load remains wet and what max RPM is reached. ""Maybe the pump is not turning on during the spin cycle?"" You have no standing water in the wash basket correct? I feel the pump is turning on or you would have standing water in the wash basket and the pressure switch would have never indicated an empty condition (Low Level pressure switch contacts) to the Control Board. The Control Board would have stopped the wash cycle with a ND for no drain error code. The pump in the spin cycle will turn on a number of times see if you hear turn on in a Spin Only cycle I just ran a Spin Only light wash load with about 5 gallons of water in the wash basket. Timer went to 12 min.I toggled into Service Mode to watch wash basket RPM.At about the 5 Min mark (toggle in and out of Service Mode) the wash basket reached 850RPM then a few minutes later it stepped down to 830RPM to end of Spin Only Cycle. You don’t have a water valve stuck open or you would flood/over flow of the machine.Did you here the drain pump turn on several times during the Spin Only cycle? Rich
ND means that it is Not Draining. Does it make the same water-pump sounds that it used to make at that point in the cycle? In my machine, it sounds like a low-pitched loud hum when it's working.
It might be that your water pump needs replacing. If there is any strange sound (such as grinding) then there might be a coin or something stuck in the pump.
Sounds like you have a small clothing garment maybe a sock or similar stuck in the waste pump.
Take the lid off, Follow the bottom rubber hose inwards it connects to the waste pump, remove the hose from the pump and check inside the hose and the pump for clothing, make sure the pump spindle can spin round with your finger. Please make sure the power is switched off before removing the lid
are the clothes out of balance? sometimes it can take quite a few trys to rebalance the load. if that is the case, it probably could use new drum springs.
