It won't incline - Weslo Pro Crosswalk 7.8 Treadmill

Hold down the "Stop" button and the "Speed" up button. Insert the safety key into the console then release the "Stop" and "Speed" buttons. Press the "Stop" button then press either the "Incline" up or down button. Wait while the treadmill raises then lowers the incline ramp.

My Treadmill Incline Won Work eHow

The incline motor is jammed due to a faulty incline sensor or incline motor assy. This is somewhat hazardous if you do not know what you are doing to remove the incline motor. Sometimes you can repair it most of the time you replace the incline motor assy. Must be calibrated upon completion.

LUBE the rack and gear very well. Adjust the POT small attached, and try again. However you must see the diagram attached Tight any wires and connector very well and clean .Will be a good idea RUN again the software calibratin after you did the adjustment, clean and lube.God bless you

ask the provider to reprogram it with more torque

see the diagram attached and test test the input motor voltage, if there are the motor is faulty.see my personal TIPS.

Im sure you have a hydrostatic or an automatic forward and reverse right well your ****** is on its way out when it warms up it likes to crawl in this case even if you attempt to check oil or even try draining and putting in different oil its a tough one ****** is expensive

Please RUN the software caibration for diagnose, troubleshooitng, and fix it Maybe you have speed sensor faulty or bad adjustment, clean it and tight wires connector.

1)signal false coming console or display board
2) main motor controller is faulty.
3)Pot attached of the elevation motor ,need adjustment
4) geared slip from elevation motor , carring false signal to console.
Proceed to Test it.
