The mesage says SynAir G4 Replace Plate.. I haveput new plate in and the mesagfe is still there and it won't let me adjust the purifier settings...will run but there is no ozone smell and the message will not go away ....What can I do
I've read from some other posts on here that Ecoquest is good about returning the items and replacing them.
The UV lamp needs to bereplaced. Call the manufacturer using the phone number at the end of the user manual. Ecoquest will take the machine for repairs or send you a replacement lamp. If you do not find customer service number use the contact in

The only solution to fix this problem is to get it repaired.there are no home remedies.But you can try cleaning the plate.
If you need anymore help let me know..
Remove the plate, and clean it with ammonia and water and let it dry for 24 hrs.
And also on the front there is a reset button next to the power button push that to reset cleaning cycle.
These are few troubleshooting steps you can try to fix this.If this doesn't fix your problem then you will have to get it repaired.

Try this before sending it in for repairs
1.) unplug it
2.) press and hold the power button(turn it on)
3.) plug it back in
4.) press reset then release
5.) turn of unplug
6.) press and hold reset
7.) plug it back in
8.) turn it on then release reset

I have cleaned the machince..put a new plate in and pressed the reset button and it still does not work...What now and dose anyone know what the cost would be if I have to send it in for repair
