1 Enter Pairing mode.
• Turn off your headset and press and hold the talk button
until the blue indicator light remains lit after blinking.
• If you turn it on for the first time, it proceeds into Pairing
mode immediately.
2 Search for and pair with your phone
--> turn on the bluetooth with the widget on the home screen or in the settings.
(Bluetooth PIN: 0000, 4 zeros)
• If the pairing is successful, the blue indicator light will
flash 10 times rapidly before entering Standby mode.
• If the blue indicator light remains lit, retry pairing.
Good luck!
The Samsung WEP-150 passkey (or PIN, or pairing code) is '0000' (four zeros).
Please, let me know if you need further clarifications on how to pair your headset with other bluetooth enabled devices.
Cheers!
Carlos
The first time you turn on the headset it will enter "Pairing" mode. In
this mode you can connect your headset with your phone or other
Bluetooth enabled device. If you have already connected one device to
the headset, you can enter Pairing mode by holding the multi-function
button turns solid blue.
Once in pairing mode, set your phone or
other Bluetooth enabled device to search for the headset. While each
device is different, the setting is often found in a "Settings" or
"Bluetooth" menu and the "Search" or "Discover" Bluetooth devices
option. On the list of discovered devices, choose "Samsung WEP500" and
select "Yes" or "Ok" to connect to the device. When asked for the
passkey, enter 0000.
Pairing Instructions Pairing will create a unique and encrypted wireless link between two Bluetooth enabled devices, such as your Bluetooth phone and Bluetooth headset.
Ensure that the headset is off (see Turning the headset on/off). Press and hold the Multi-Function button until the indicator light turns on in blue (approximately 8 seconds). Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the headset by following your phone's guide. Typically, the steps involve going to a Setup, Connect, or Bluetooth menu on your phone and then selecting the option to discover Bluetooth devices. Your phone will find the Samsung WEP210 headset and ask if you want to pair with it. Confirm this by pressing the Yes or OK key. Enter a passkey or PIN, 0000 (4 zeros), then press the Yes or OK key.
Mine is a Blackjack II, but i did get it to connect. Hold the clear button down on the Jabra until it lights solid blue, keep holding it with one hand while you use the other hand to operate your Blackjack. I went to Settings, then Connections, then Bluetooth, then "Add new device". As long as my Jabra was lit solid blue, the phone found the headset. Then it will ask you for the pin code, which i found by accident (0000 - four zero's).
You have to go in to the blue tooth option on the menu of the p2. Then click search. Hit the sync button on the headset. It should find it in less than 20 seconds.
