Sounds like your brake freewheel lever is in the wrong position. Try working the yellow handle lever in the rear of the scooter to the locked, brake engaged position. Turn off the scooter and turn it on again to clear the error code beep.
If that does not work try the same lever in the opposite position. Turn the scooter off and then on again. The scooter should now run. Hope this helps.

Why do the circuit light keep blinking on my No Boundaries scooter 3 wheel

Many Scooters have what is called Flash codes to assist in trouble shooting problems. Count the flashes, there is normally a pause between flashes to indicate the code number. so we will need that to help you.

My wife's scooter worked until she stopped at bathroom, then returned to no go....key shows full charge, circuit breaker pushed, tranny disengaged and reset, green light blinked 3 times once........ju

You didn't specify what kind or model of scooter, but you need to consult the owners manual for the flash codes.
There can be several flash codes, each one means a specific
issue. I always carry the flash codes with me on my scooter.

Was working ok but washed it now it just flashes a red light 8 times and wont go along

8 flash code is typically a controller fault and there are about 12 sub codes that goes along with that flash code. More than likely you will have to replace the controller.

Why won't my pride legend start?

The legend has a Curtis controller. The flash codes you provided points the problem to a faulty throttle pot. If a new throttle does not fix the issue, then your problem is the controller itself.

I have a skyjet 50cc scooter and am having problems starting it it makes a noise a few times then nothing seems like battery is dead but it is fully charged its a sonik skyjet

You will need to replace your solenoid. Just keep tapping your start button while looking for the source of that clicking sound. When you locate the solenoid you should have 3 to 4 wires to remove. I suggest you take a digital snapshot of it before removal so you can remember how to reinstall the new one. A generic solenoid is all that is needed to get you up and running, and these can be found in most any motorcycle shop.
