Static is good - that means the receiver is working. You just need a good antenna to get the radio stations better. It should work with a CD player - connect one hear what that sounds. If it's good, then the amplifier is in good shape.

How to replace bearings

If you cannot work out how to pull it apart by looking at it, you are probably better to take it to a Dewalt repair centre and have then do the repair. They make good equipment so it is worth spending the money to have a professional do the repair.

Your talking about a gas leak here. you can fix it yourself but the safest way is yes the dredful auto mechanic. save up some money and get an estimate.. most of these problems are easy fixes if you just examine it a little closer. lets say your in the middle of no place and this happens. your the only one to fix it or your stuck there forever. examine it. be real about this and say can I fix this? if your not sure or don`t want to mess with it, auto repair shop time. better safe then sorry when it comes to gas brother it isn`t worth it. moneys tight? save and do it. don`t mess with gas and electric they don`t miss and have a dangerous way of letting you know that at a very expensive price.

Anyway to fix damaged games

Depends if the games was erased from the disc. If not go to your local game store and they have a buffing mechine cost a lil money but worth it if the games are worth alot of money. If the game got erased theres nothing you can do.

Vizio Plasma HDTV not working, flashing static!

I would start looking for a new set, replacement parts for that set are pricey. Trust me, I just recycled a P50HDTV10A that had a busted screen. I couldn't believe what the parts sold for !!! I don't know your preference LCD or PLASMA, but prices have really come down. So if it's in you budget, treat yourself to a new TV !!! Whatever you do, don't just toss the old set in the trash, toss that puppy on Craigslist and If you can get $50-$70 for it, take the money and run !!!

If you have no knowledge your done

If you have no money your done

Don't mean to be unkind here, but
even the price of a fuel pump & you installing it,
is worth as much as the car.

The tv have fries alot more components on the tv power supply board, than just the fuse.U have to have alots more equipments and very good eclectronic testing and troubleshooting skills to find out what exact components parts are burn and to replaced it on the tv power supply board.U could take a gamble chance and try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole new refurbish power supply board for the replacement.Might get the tv to be working again might not because power surges,if it have a big enough electrical static charges it will fries alots more boards and it components some where else too.Tv worth repairing or not it is up to u for to do the researching for the new tv prices and the prices charges by tv repair shops by those tv Techs. for repairing the tv..

I have tried to find parts for televisions but they will not sell parts or even let me look up parts prices for consumers. You have to be an authorized repair center just to access parts lookup. Also,I know from experience that repair centers have a minimum of 20% parts markup.Call a couple shops and describe your problem and they should be able to give you a ballpark figure of repair because they most likely know what is wrong. If they want to come to your house, make sure it is a FREE visit, otherwise hang up and call another place.Once you get an estimate, you can determine which way is the better route to go.Here is a link about plasma vs. LCD.Good luck!It also may give you an idea as to what is wrong. There is alot of good information on the link.

Timing belt wheels snapped, easy to fix diy way or

since I can not see the problem I can telll you that in most case's their is internal damage to the inside of the engine the best course is to send it into the shop and have them give you a idea as to what you are looking at as far as reapirs go there could be piston to valve damage you could have bent valve/s intake or exaust and if you tryed turning it over afterwards (which alot of people do) then there has to be and in this case you dont want to spend a ton of money anywhere from 400.00 to 2700.00 at least you know what you are getting into before you spend the money to get it fixed and they shop has already given you a price to fix it

I have a vintage akai 4000dsMk2 reel to reel. Not working, don,t know why. Is it worth repairing?

It all depends on what's wrong it and if it's worth the price to fix it to YOU, doesn't it? Only a tech can look at it and tell you the cost to fix it.
