Try to press the power botton in the same time you plug the charger, after this action mine is working and charging perfectly, maybe this is the "reset" solution... Hope this helps you.

My S9-HD stopped working the other day. It won't turn on. I did what was suggested and pressed the power button at the same time as plugging it in to charge. A blue/violet light flashes and nothing else happens. Any suggestions? It still won't turn on.

Exactly the same problem for BOTH of my S9s now.

This is my second pair of beats headphones and I am very dissapointed with them. Problems! Now they say they are charged and no lights come on. The other pair did the same thing. I tried v all the suggestions on here but nothing works. The batteries should last longer than a month.

It wont charge at all. I haven't used it for years and when I placed the headset in its case & plugged the case in to charge...it doesn't seem to pick up a charge at all. I hold down the power button...

Your phones battery is faulty, the connections inside has gone open circuit and the cells are completely damaged. It will never take a charge again and the only solution is to replace the battery.
Rechargeable batteries go faulty if they are not used or charged for 6 months plus.

Machine wont turn on

Either the motor is fried or the belt is burnt. If you can't hear it turn on, then check for any fuses that could have blown. They will be glass tube type. If fuse is good, motor or power supply could be bad. You can test them with voltmeter.

Psp wont charge, no usb. battery empty after last game.

believe it or not, if the psp works you can play it with out a battery using thee charger. Try that and see if it works at all. If it does then you may need to replace your battery, or leav it and let it charge for about 5-6 hours.

If it's 4 months old and it does not work at all you should still be under your manufacturer's warranty.

If it won't charge at all, it is defective and you need to return it for a replacement.

Unit won't charge and I get no lights

I have the same problem. it's due to a faulty pover-cell inside the headset. i have also read that the charger can be inserted the wrong way, this would in turn kill the battery by giving it a reverse charge.(not sure about that) as i tried this after finding the unit defective and it will only plug in one way.. the only suggestion that i can give is contact Jabra directly. iv'e read that they will replace any headset in this range for free, here is the address for their site. http://www.jabra.com/Sites/Jabra/UK-UK/pages/Contact.aspx Hope this helps.

Won't turn on, take charge, communicate

I have the same one and let it go dead all the time. It will take 5 - 10 minutes after you plug it in for the blue light to come on when it's dead. Mine recently decided to WOULD NOT charge. It turned out to be the three little pins on the charger were dirty and sticking. I used a cotton swab to clean them with some rubbing alcohol and a quick dab on the contacts of the headset. Works great now.
