Do you have enough ink in your printer? This can be a problem. A faulty drum/roller could also be a cause which in that case will need to be replaced. Since you have done your part i guess the rest should be handeld by an expert personally.

I had a similar problem with my 2430DL only with one fairly prominent white line instead of two. I read troubleshooting tips in manual for this problem and first suggestion was to wipe laser lens clean with a soft cloth. I did this and no more white line! Start the Konica Minolta Status application and check the error, you should get more info there.

please check the transfer belt, it seems that the transfer belt is not cleaning very well, if you find same marks on TBU then you may try to clean the cleaning unit if no help, then replace TBP.

Really Magicolor 2430DL is a very worst printer in this world.
within 2 months drum cartridge finish - no other printer like this type of option - like black, color & durm cartridge.

I will recommend - not to go for the thirdclass cartridge. go for only HP.

Sry but you have to change drum cartridge, the line is caused form drums cleaning system, and it cant be repaired.

You need to clean the printer. See your manual for instructions. It is probably dust on the laser lens
