First my moniter was having a verticle line and the case number was101207879 and the moniter was replaced again. it is not getting on after a week replaced. what shall i do now?

No. It has only 6 months warranty.

It looks like your onboard graphics chip has failed. Motherboard replacement is the only way to repair it(Unless you are an electronics engineer.)

this problem can occur cause of two cases 1 problem with LCD panel (replacement can solve) 2 power failure in side moniter (repairing moniter can solve)

OK,this is a fatal problem, you need to replace your LCD screen. (Also maybe too the Inverter) I have just finished an exact same job for a client, earlier in the week. It cost $180.00 plus tax. I had to get a second hand screen, but it was in perfect condition. It is/was a straight forward, repair. But I advise you to ask for a "Quote" for the repair. You could even do it yourself, you need a small screwdriver, and the Service Manual. a MUST HAVE, (Otherwise you cannot even get into it) You could obtain, the LCD from, say eBay, or the like, or even direct from Toshiba, you would most likely be better to take it apart first, to obtain the EXACT type & number on back of LCD. Once all together it;s quite simple to unplug the cables and remount again on new one.

• Make Sure the cable or connected properly.
• Restart the Computer
• As soon as you restart Tap F2 key.
• You will get BIOS screen.
• Check whether you have same problem on the screen. If you have same problem on bios screen. it problem with the monitor.
• If not with the computer Software.

make sure no other electronic items like T.V r near by n better don place mobiles close to monitor n also don keep speakers parallel to monitor front panel

when there is a line from right to left it means a verticle amplifier is faulty, remedy
change a verticle amplifier IC
dont forget to check some capacitors (electrolitic for change of values)
this will solve your problem.
