Hello,
try to do this, enter in service mode and in the copier menu find function and in this menu find install toner or TNRINST and hit the OK key.
Entering the service menu is easy:
press service key them 2 then 8 then service key then navigate the menu copier>function>install toner

F2:72 is for Toner cartridge improper cartridge detection (MAGENTA).

Check and see if the right toner cartridge is installed. If it is the proper cartridge I would suggest placing a service call.

Are you using manufactures toner, my guess are it is after market toner or not seated correctly, or the toner cartridge has a busted gear, either way.. try a different toner cartridge. 7000 error indicates the toner motor cant turn. the 0165540 is the page counter;

Make sure the toner is full. In the middle of the cavaty where the toner sits is a window. Place a back tape over it and see if the machine statis changes.
If if does not change, you may need a new toner sensor.
This is located on the bottom of the machine in the paper feeder.
This is an involved job.
If you are not able to preform this service, a Xerox service call might be required to preform this service.

This in a complicated way repairs with words.Sooner whole you should apply to service,forgive, but such fault it is difficult do advice, it is necessary all look the experienced specialist, you may lose much toners and break the track of the presenting the toner, apply to service. Good luck

I need to Know what you mean by purge you toner, The Service mode is use for trained tachnical reps only and if you have had access to this mode you could do more harm than good. the toner ager system of this machine will through a SC592 code if you turn on the Coil and drive to move toner through it unless you kow what you are doing.So a little more info may help me help you.

CD1 indicates Abnormal drum cleaning brush motor.

U need to perform followings:
(1)Check if the cleaning brush, recovery toner transport auger and recycle toner transport auger are not locked (no extraneous material or toner clod in both the toner transport sections at the cleaner unit and recycle toner unit.

(2) Check if the connector on the LGC board and connector pins are not disconnected.

(3) Replace the cleaning brush drive motor and recycle toner transport motor.

(4) Replace the LGC board.

THE PROBLEM IS IT IS DUE SOME SERVICE REQUIREMENT, THE CORRONA WIRES MAY NEED TO BE CLEANED, THE TONER USED CONTAINER MAY NEED SOME SERVICE, THE ROLLERS AND MACHINE MAY NEED DRUM CLEANED OUT, PRINT GET SERVICED AND THE SERVICE PERSON RESETS THE COPIERS DATA SO THE COPIER WILL NOT HAVE FUNCTION ERRORS AND BROKE DOWN MORE OFTEM DUE TO NOT BEING SERVICED ON A MONTHLY SERVICE, TONER CONTAINER MAY A FORIEGN MATTTER IN THE TONER TANK AND CAUSING THE SYSTEM THE TONER CARTAGE IS MALFACTION ERRORS.

When the wait period is over, start service mode and execute toner supply (thereby
supplying toner from the hopper to the developing assembly).
1. Press the following in sequence to start service mode: ‘user mode’, ‘2 and 8 at
the same time’, and ‘user mode’.
2. Select COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>TONER-S.
3. Check that the following indication has appeared: “CHECK THE DEVELOPER.”
4. Check to make sure that the developing assembly has been mounted properly
and press the OK key.
5. See that toner is supplied from the hopper to the developing assembly (about 8
to 10 min).
6. Press the Reset key twice to end service mode.
